Day 01 :Islamabad

Arrival in Islamabad, our guide and driver will meet you at the international/domestic arrival of Islamabad international airport, or the location you will share, after meeting with staff drive to the hotel in Islamabad.

Day 02: Islamabad - Swat valley

Drive to Swat valley, en-route we will Takht-i-Bahi ('throne of the water spring'). Takht-i-Bahi is an Indo-Parthian archaeological site of an ancient Buddhist monastery which is considered among the most important relics of Buddhism in all of what was once Gandhara, and has been "exceptionally well-preserved."

The monastery was founded in the 1st century CE, and was in use until the 7th century. The complex is regarded by archaeologists as being particularly representative of the architecture of Buddhist monastic centers from its era. Takht-i-Bahi was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1980. After spending some time here we will continue our journey to Swat valley, arrive and transfer to the hotel, if time allows we will explore the city.

Day 03: Swat Valley

Day to explore the beautiful Swat valley (commonly called Switzerland in Pakistan) with many Buddhist heritage sites, including Butkara stupa (2nd century BCE), Shingardar Stupa, Nemogram (2nd–3rd century A.D), Amluk Dara Stupa (2nd–3rd century A.D), Najigram Stupa & Monastery and if time allows we will visit more Heritage sites, and we will visit some places to enjoy the blooming flowers of spring in Swat valley.

Day 04: Swat - Chilas

Drive to Chilas via Shangla pass and reach Besham after Behsam we will drive on Karakoram Highway via Kohistan valley along the indus river. Arrive and transfer to the hotel

Day 05: Chilas – Passu/Gulmit/Ghulkin

Drive to Passu/Gulmit/Ghulkin, stop en-route at Nanga Parbat view point, junction point of three great mountain ranges, Rakaposhi view point for lunch, after lunch drive to Passu/Gulmit/Ghulkin, arrive and transfer to the hotel.

Day 06: Passu/Gulmit/Ghulkin/Passu Glacier/Passu Suspension Bridge

Day to explore around upper Hunza, today we will visit Passu glacier, Borith Lake, Gulmit Old House and Passu suspension bridge.

Day 07: Khunjerab / Khunjerav Pass – 4693m (Pakistan – China border)

Full day excursion to Khunjerab Pass, in the afternoon drive back and visit Passu, glacier, borith lake, passu suspension bridge, hussaini suspension bridge, ghulkin/gulmit village and gulmit old house.

Day 08: Passu/Gulmit/Ghulkin – Karimabad

Drive to Karimabad, en-route visit Hoper Valley/glacier, arrive and transfer to the hotel.

Day 09: Karimabad

Day to explore around, visit Baltit Fort or Altit Fort, Channel walk and Karaimabad Local market.

Day 10: Karimabad – Besham

Drive back to Besham via Karakoram Highway, short stops en-route for lunch and photography, arrive and transfer to the hotel.

Day 11: Besham – Islamabad – Fly to destination

Drive for Islamabad, en-route short stops for photography, lunch and visit Taxila museum, later drive to Islamabad, arrive and explore the city, later drive to the airport and fly to destination.
